Once again we made our now traditional annual trek to the lovely and rejuvenating Cochise Stronghold B&B. We had a great stay thanks to the wonderful area and especially the warmth and hospitality. Thanks again…
– Mary & Tim, Albuquerque, New Mexico

What a spectacular place… the mountains, the stars, (especially with the stunning meterorite showers!!!), the wildlife, the building, the food, everything!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. We'll be back - and we'll definitely recommend your B&B to our friends!

Two days – gone in a flash—but the powerful beauty, the wildlife, the song of the wind and hummingbirds, and the peace of this wonderful place touch our spirit to take with us always. Thank you, John & Nancy, for your hospitality (and of course breakfast!). May we be fortunate enough to see you and the Agave Room again
– Morecca & Leigh, New York, NY

This is truly a sacred place. You are both thoughtful caretakers of the land, as you are of comfort for the human soul. The food was absolutely fabulous. The meteor showers were well worth getting up for. The birds were entertaining and hopefully all the pictures I took will come out great. This is my 1st time in AZ, and what a way to spend my 50th birthday…
– Melinda & Ken. Crystal Lake, Illinois

What a beautiful place! Really enjoyed the stay here, and the stargazing from the hot tub. Looking forward to returning.
– Kathyrn. Milwaukee, WI

I'm hoping the peace & tranquility I've absorbed will last until we meet again. Your love & respect of Mother Earth are truly inspiring. Thanks for sharing your home.
– Rose. Milwaukee, WI

God created people like you to take "care" of his world. Your love of nature keeps the rest of us focused on what's really important - Money could not buy these beautiful mountains. God truly blesses and restores us daily. "Lord, give us eyes to see the miracles that surround us." …thank you for sharing your haven. Your Bed & Breakfast is a true enhancement to this place.
– Tom & Diane, Sierra Vista, AZ

Thank you for the work and love and care you give to the earth and to those who stop by to absorb the blessings of this place. I am lured to go further and further up those trails - Somehow or other I'll be back - blessings to you.
– Sabina, Tucson, AZ

Between this gift from our children and your wonderful hospitality this has been one of the most memorable Mother's Day of my life. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to reconnect with God's marvelous world. You and your family are a blessing to us all.
– Bartley & Jacqui, Gilbert, AZ

May Day. In the English tradition of celebrating the renewal and beauty of spring - this has been the most perfect place for our personal retreat and celebration. Thank you for your gracious and attentive hospitality.
– Bob & Renee, Phoenix, AZ

Thank you. You are most kind. This has been the best accommodation of my 47 years.
– Melanie, New Orleans, LA

I especially appreciated the little extras - your willingness to pick us up at Sunsites when the washes were high and the hot tub after a long hike. It is a privilege to be in such a unique and majestic place.
– Katherine. Cincinnati, OH

Beauty - Love - Serenity!
– Evie & Bob. Tucson, AZ

Thank you for holding this space that has called my soul. The canyon is a … place of transformation, a home for the heart. My spirit has rejoined the canyon. Thank you Great Spirit. Ho.

- Sarah, CA

Beautiful place & fabulous food!
– Janet, Westerlo, N.Y

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful bed & breakfast. We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet, the birds, the hot tub, exploring the surroundings, the yummy breakfasts and the great bread that John makes. Stargazing at night was also a source of enjoyment for us. And thank you Nancy for the history and information.
– John & Mary, Albuquerque. New Mexico

This is one of the rare times in my life that I have been grateful for the internet. How I wish we had more time to enjoy your marvelous place. Congratulations on creating something that not only fits into (but does not smother) its location but is in itself, so beautiful. Good luck.
– Ruth-Ellen. Minneapolis, MN

It was wonderful to be a "foursome family" (we seldom are these days) and made more wonderful through your warm hospitality and the sharing of appreciation for nature and of course, the "Indian caretaker spirits" of these mountains. The hot tub was marvelous, as was the hiking! We hope to return in short order. Many thanks! For all our relations! (the 2, 4 legged & winged)
– Karen, Dean, Jason & Jessica. S. Royalton, Vermont

Thanks for a memorable week at your B&B! It was most relaxing, refreshing and beautiful.
– Ron & Sandy. Columbia, Missouri

I had a great time with you. I love your place here. I love the food you made. I love it where you live.
– Kailee (12), Whitethorn, CA

This place is so beautiful. We are blessed to have had these few days with you. This is the most comfortable B&B we've ever stayed at, like home. Thanks for the great hospitality and delicious food.
– Lia & Aidan, Whitethorn, CA. Jen & Ron & Kaiya, Worcester, Ma

Many thanks for a wonderful respite! Top to bottom, a perfect place to get away and clear one's head of confusing things and fill it with beauty and goodness instead. Go lightly and look around in wonder.

– Annie & David, Colorado Springs, CO

What a delightful experience, thank you for combining comfort with a setting that can't be duplicated.

Wow! High on this place is an understatement! Two fantastic people, joys to be with; two soul nurturing walks… two marvelous meals; myriads of birds, pair cardinals, trees, rocks; sunlit paradise shepherded by awake & aware friends. To you both…
– Nancy & Wilma. Tucson, AZ

What a wonderful location and way to live and love. The peace and tranquility of this canyon, the spiritual essence that we felt, and the great kindness and hospitality that you've shown us will be treasured forever. We will return, and look forward to spending ever more time in the embrace of this beautiful place. Thank you so much! With love and respect,
– Tony & Anne. Kingston, NY

Thank you for sharing this site with your guests. The convergence of natural beauty and history speak to its significance. You are a very gracious host.
– Lewis, Evanston, ILL

Namaste, is the first thing that comes to me when I think of you. We have so much in common. We so love our visits with you, though way too short. I rejoice in seeing you live your dreams so well. My souls rejoices in our connection, you will be with me forever more.
– Peter & Jutta. Roosevelt, AZ

My daughter's wedding up here was so special & beautiful. Thanks for your love and support you gave D& S. We hope to come back up here again. Just getting away from the busy city and admiring God's creations clears the head. Thanks again, you are wonderful hosts.
– Larry & Pat. Batavia, OH

Thanks so much for everything. It was a truly wonderful get-away from the hum drum of life in the city. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the wonderful breakfasts and chats with you. The scenery is out of this world, hence your location - in the middle - is all the more spectacular. God willing, we'll be back.
– Mike & Terri. Tucson, AZ

Thanks so much for your hospitality! The night we spent here was a serious treat & just reinforced our desire to move to Arizona. Your place is great and so comfortable - and what a view! You project a causal "glad you're here" atmosphere which is wonderful to weary travelers! p.s. see you soon?
– Bill & Diane. Greensboro, NC

Thank you so much for letting us stay in the tipi on such short notice. It was a great experience for my three girls. You have a lovely place here. I definitely will be back!
– Maria, Maggie, Isabel, Andrea. Austin, Texas

It's as if nature provides all the things you forgot you appreciated the most. Thank you for providing the vehicle for helping us remember. We'll be back.
– Steve & Michelle. Tucson, AZ

(Child’ handwriting) - Thank you so much for letting us stay at the B&B and the tipi. Sorry for the trouble we were. Thanks again. You're great. Love,
– The Girl Scouts Troop 5xx, Tucson, AZ

I thank the Great Spirit for the care taken at this sacred place. Happiness always, to and from these sacred care takers.
– Gary, Tucson, AZ

The quiet was deafening… I loved it. What a wonderful place to think and put "things" in perspective. Alone in the middle of this all is what life is about. I was like a sponge… absorbing all of nature I could in 48 hours. Wish I had 48 days. Thank you N.J.&S for creating this special place. I hope to return.
– Shirley…Phoenix, AZ

A special place where one communes with the beauty of what once was; a different place in time that has been protected and revered… touched by magic and mystery.
– Natara & Armando. Tucson, AZ

What a wonderful place! Quiet, relaxing… cooler than Phoenix! We've had a great weekend escape with three generations of our family visiting Kartchner Caverns on Saturday and lots of R&R in your beautiful setting. Yummy breakfast (&brunch!) Thanks for your hospitality. We'll be back!
– GK family, Phoenix, AZ

The minute we walked into the peace and quiet of this lovely home.. we felt at home. The surrounding mountains also caressed us and beckoned us to partake of their history and knowledge. Thank you for the warmth and care you have shown us. A bit of paradise in so many ways.
– Helen, Sharon, Diane, Eugene… Bisbee, AZ & Eugene, OR

As ever a most sacred site, wondrous, both energizing and calming- truly an oasis in the desert! Thank you so much for the gift of this place.
– Liana. Tucson, AZ

We were reflecting this a.m. at breakfast about how we came to find this wonderful place… it was clearly meant to be. Thank you for the care of the environment here, your wonderful house and the world you've created for hummingbirds, bats and all the other desert critters. We won't forget the stars for a long time!
– Tom & Debra. Kirkland, WA

Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful homestead. The care that goes into every aspect of what you have created here speaks strongly. I hope to return soon!
– Arlene. Tucson, AZ

What a beautiful, peaceful place you have - and what a gift to create this retreat and share it with others. Thank you so much - this place speaks of so much in the great silence.
– Irene. Tucson, AZ

I won't cry leaving this time (maybe) because I will be back very soon & for good! Arizona has touched my soul and your beautiful place is a big part of that. It is truly heaven on earth. I feel I must be here too… so not good bye, but see you soon… Thank you so much for everything.
– Buck & Melba. Grand Bay, Alabama

This has been a truly wonderful, relaxing & rejuvenating week for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to bringing many people back and spreading the word about this awesome place! Spirit guided me here & I am so thankful. I have enjoyed our talks and learned a lot… My time in the tipi was very sacred, as were the wonderful walks up the Cochise Trail - allowing me some much needed time to reconnect with nature and all that surrounds us. I go back with a renewed spirit to walk the path with more dedication that I've had recently. I appreciate all that you are doing here, caretaking this land, opening this space for others & teaching how we can each be more mindful of the environment & strive to lead a life in balance. …Many blessing until we meet again.
– Wendy. Tucson, AZ

We came in "the season of Ghostface" and survived, rested and prospered due to your care. We wore your snow-proof garments and feasted on gourmet breakfasts and treasured your sacred spaces. We will leave little pieces of our hearts here, and somehow return again.
– Sabina. Tucson, AZ

An oasis of peace and tranquility. Good food prepared by caring, gentle people. Beauty that can only be created by nature itself. These things, and more, we discovered at your lovely B&B. We both believe that our seeing the write-up in The New York Times (and a found copy, at that!) was, in fact, kismet. Thanks for all your gracious hospitality. We'll tell our adventurous friends! Best Wishes.
– Bill & Cheri. Beverly Hills, CA

The feeling of being in the center of nature's cradle renewed my spirit and heart. Until next time - thank you.
– Corby & Katy. Boulder, CO
.
Our stay here was the perfect exclamation point at the end of an amazing Arizona adventure! We love the room, the house, the neighborhood, the food, and above all, the hospitality.
– Carn & Marty. Claremont, CA

Reading through the comments of your guests I realize there is little that has not been said, but it is obvious that you and the spirits of this land have touched the hearts of many. We give thanks for this gift we have been given. We leave energized and renewed to be able to survive life in a city.
– David & Judy. Leander, Texas

J.&N. thank you so much for the hospitality! This is such a peaceful place - just what I needed! The hot tub, the tipi, enchanted.
– Peggy. Overland Park, KS

What a wonderful place. Perfect for a get-together for two sisters from opposite coasts and their best friend husbands! Next time we'll know to stay longer and entice the third sister and husband to come too. Thanks for the brochures - we'll spread them on both coasts. Thanks too for the hiking advice, delicious breakfast and hospitality. We'll be back soon.
– Susan & Jack. Chesapeake Bay, VA Judy & Charlie. Seattle, Washington

Thanks for the quiet, peaceful night. We needed it. I really loved the design of the home, especially the heated floor. The breakfast was to die for. Once again thanks.
– Cam. El Paso, Texas

We were so lucky to have discovered you on the internet. What an incredible place - so serene, especially in the snow. Thanks for all the hiking tips and where to go to see the Sandhill Cranes. Breakfasts were outstanding, made more so by the short chats with you. We plan to return soon!
– Axel & Cheryl. Littleton, CO

To be in a place so remote, yet to stay in accommodations so tasteful, clean & home-like is truly unique. The hiking both here and at Chiricahua were both memorable.
– Stuart & Marilyn. Tenafly, New Jah-z

I came for a retreat and I got a very pleasant one. The care and thought you've invested here are evident and appreciated. Thank you.
– Bettina. Los Angeles, CA

There's not much we can add to what previous guests have already written, but it's certainly all true. Weather - 3 days GREAT! Thanks.
– Dan & Shelley. Hartland, VT

What a wonderful place out in the wilderness. I especially enjoy the building with nature, all the small touches (like bathrobes), great food, hot tub and trip with Sean up the mountain.
– Margaret. Largo, FL

I am so glad I found you on the internet and you were right - this is more special than Ramsey. The fact that you are into "alternative living" brought a special energy to your space. I will definitely tell people to come here. Thank you for every touch.
– Judy. Freeland, WA

Words cannot possibly describe the beauty and peace here. Thank you for your vision. I am grateful…deeply grateful you shared the magic of Cochise Stronghold with me.
– Pam. Worthington, MA.

We thoroughly enjoyed being nestled among the mountains, rocks, oak, and manzanita. The home is beautiful and comfortable - we would love to live this way permanently. Well, off to enjoy more on the hiking trail.
– Rachel & Rich. Tucson, AZ

Exposed climbing all day long. 5 rappels to get back to our pack, 45 minute hike to the truck… the last 15 minutes by headlamp. I kept thinking "bed & breakfast" on the hike out. This is a really cool place. Great breakfast and bird watching for our tired crew. Ruby crowned kinglet! We'll look forward to coming back again.
– Sally. Scottsdale, AZ

Sooo, the internet works.
I logged on, I surfed, I conquered.
Dozens of B&B's examined, downloaded, rejected
all in the wrong mold,
Except Cochise Stronghold.
– Dave & Sue. Tacoma, WA

Thanks for being so gracious a hostess. Espicially last night- accommodating Olympic enthusiasts. Your accommodations are superb & breakfast was delicious. It was nice to meet such a nice young man. I hope to see Sean's name in print someday. Gratefully yours.
– Richard & Susan. Tucson, AZ

We found you in the yellow pages, then the internet. I was so excited when we made the arrangements to stay in a straw bale abode - my dream for several years. I wasn't disappointed. What a lovely place to escape to from the grind of chemotherapy recovery and daily grind of work. Time stood still for us for our whole trip, staring at Fort Bowie and ending here. Your accommodations are wonderful. The nicest we've ever encountered. Our hike, though limited, was lovely and the spa restorative. Your breakfasts delightful. We'll definitely spread the word and return ourselves, sometime down the road. Continued success in all your endeavors.
– Lucy & Ken. Tucson, AZ

What an amazing place you have created here just the sort of place that I am always searching for, and over the years I have found only a handful of places that have such a special feel. Thanks so much.
– Karl. Oregon

Our B&B stay was great. Breakfast was excellent and too much. The hot tub gang loved it… but they claim they saw two UFOs (but I noticed the wine jug was empty!). Hope to you soon and another B&B stay another time.
– Shirley & Duane, Minnesota

This was a wonderful treat! This is such a special place - and the food was yummy, love those pancakes! Thank you for everything - we hope to do this again. P.S. the wine jug was half empty when we brought it! There was something in the sky last evening.
– Eileen & Stuart. Monteville. N.J.

Luxury in the midst of wild beauty… and then there are gourmet breakfasts. This spiritual, eternal place is a gift of beauty.
– Susan. Chicago, ILL

Thank you for your hospitality. As you know this is a magical place and a privilege for us all to be here…it is wonderful to find such a nice place to stay and such interesting people.
– Tony. Elfrida, AZ. Jennifer. Baton Rouge, LA

Well, two days was not enough. What is enough? We had a delightful stay & look forward to doing it again.
– Ross, Laura & Emily

How spectacular - weren't we fortunate to have read the NY Times article & come down to the Stronghold to stay with you. Many thanks for your gracious hospitality- hope to share it again one day. Peace.
– Doree & Mike. Providence, RI

Our thanks to S.N.& J. for our calm visit in a peaceful place. May you give warmth to others.
– Lila & Newlin. Philadelphia, PA

A pit fire in an authentic teepee and a soak under the beautiful night sky and such great breakfasts - all we could have hoped for and more. Our thanks to the Yates family. See you next year.
– Philippe, Ellen, Emma & William. Boston, MA

Another wonderful visit - the mountain stronghold becomes more spectacular each time.
– Lou. Scottsdale, AZ

Thanks so much. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Meeting Lou and having that great massage by Anne, what a coincidence?
– Rob & Wendy. Guelph, Ontario, Canada

Thank you for making our anniversary so special! Even though we could only stay one night, we are leaving with a sense of peace and renewal.
– Bill & Marian. Phoenix, AZ

I'd never leave, but know I must. This place will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you. p.s. I wish I had a teepee in my backyard.
– Lisa, Heather & Steve. Texas

What an inspiring place. You truly live in a unique and special land. The history, scenery, and to see a moon dog. We really enjoyed it and leave with a sense of peace and full bellies! Thank you.
– Ed, Susan, J.P. Brentwood, Tennessee

What an absolutely spectacular place. A place to find peace and serenity. Thank you so much for your hospitality. People like you are why we enjoy the bed & breakfast experience so much. Bless you for making the world a better place.
– Ken & Ginny. Mesa, AZ

Your B&B far exceeded our expectations. The accommodations (luxurious) in the midst of beautiful mountains and valleys were everything we had hoped for. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality.
– Gretchen & Rick

Thank you (Pilamaya, lila pilamaya) for sharing this space with us. This, our second time, has fueled our spirits since we got to spend a full week here. Thanks for the wonderful smoothies, even though I didn't "drink them right". Hiking to the West Stronghold was such a deep experience - always on the move, going forward and back, gave a small, small feeling of the Apache spirit in this place. Wisdom comes from these rocks, peace, touching nature, the wonderful birds, and the hot tub, without which we could not have risen again to hike another 5 miles. Thanks for making it easy to be here, for the nurturing food, for all. Again, I think of a Lakota phrase that sums it us - Mitakuye Oyasin (we are all related).
– Barb & Chris. Evanston, ILL

What a lovely, special place - the birds, the desert country, the starry night and the rare, wonderful quiet! You live lightly on the earth, in the spirit of those who were here before you. Thank you for an all too brief but unforgettable experience.
– Jim & Ray. Mequon, WI

We enjoyed your hospitality and your B&B so much, it's so close to home but so different from the desert we live in. Fortunately we don't always have a fantastic breakfast like you serve or I fear we couldn't climb the mountains anymore with the added baggage. As former B&B owners ourselves we know how much work it is to keep a place looking like yours and to treat your guests as you do. Hopefully we'll see you and all the birds again soon.
– Jack & Jean. Tucson, AZ

A most relaxing experience. You have a beautiful setting here and have done a great job "capturing" it for your guests - the birds and deer (we also saw peccaries on the way in). The desert plants, the stars, and the quiet. The breakfast was magnificent, brought the more alive with your fresh herbs. We look forward to doing it again.
– Pete & Judy. Palo Alto, CA

Look for us to return soon. I'd forgotten how much pleasure I get from my family when we actually sit and talk, play games, tell stories and enjoy the stars. You have a perfect place here in the mountain. God bless you for sharing it with others.
– Karen. Phoenix, AZ

Thanks for the lovely stay, great food and care with which you run this spectacular B&B.
– Suzanne & Ron. A long way from Brooklyn, NY.

Couldn't resist coming back a second time in same week. You have woven the sacredness of this place into the care you give it. Full moon cast shadows on ancient peaks. Birds soar high playing in thermal winds seeking refuge between red boulders. The beat of a hummingbird resounds in the heartthrob of the mountains. Thank you for sharing this most, peaceful, sacred place, one with nature, gliding on the winds of time. p.s. the breakfasts were a fine mouth watering repast!
– Janelle & Paul. Copper Center, AK

Your taste is striking. We admire your set up and all the care you put in. Thanks for delicious breakfast. This was a great birthday present for a 90th & 85th birthday!
– Fay & David & Jill (daughter). Sun City, AZ

It's been the most wonderful experience; everything all your guests have ever said before and so much more. There are no words that could really describe it - mere words cannot do it justice - it's a feeling & a deep sense of calm and peace. Thank you so much. Annie,
– Mary, Jane. Castle Donington, near Nottingham, England. Claire. Inverness, Scotland

Loved being here - not only serene but a testimony to low impact use of the land - Thank you!
– Monica. State College, PA

Thank you for this lovely experience. I loved the light in the rocks each day. I also thank you for taking care of our earth. Food was great.
– Mary Gail, Warriors Mark, PA.

Knowing you has enriched our lives. You have built a place where the spirit of tranquility can enter and take hold even if only for a few days… regenerated from our hearts whenever we remember our visit and our interaction with your spirits and the spirits of this place. Thank you for all you have given us. We ask for your protection and prosperity in the future. All good things come your way.
– Judy & David. Leander, Texas

In fifteen years of visiting the U.S., I have not found paradise such as this. Arizona is truly the best state and your place is an oasis. A stark & beautiful contrast to playing loud rock music for a living! Thank you for taking care of us.
– Andrew, United Kingdom

This place is so beautiful & amazing. Thank you for everything. The breakfasts were mega! We will come back again.
– Karin. Long Island, NY

Thank you, N., for showing me the ruins of my grandparents homestead. I feel blessed that my grandparents' "adobe" was protected by that tree. The ruin had a beauty of its own. Louise and I are watching the Scott orioles and hummingbirds sipping your water in the patio. We are enjoying the tranquility, and magnificent vistas of this area. We hope to return.
– Martha & Louise. Costa Mesa, CA.

One of the reasons I came to be here was to try and remember what it feels like to have a Sanctuary. This place reminds me that when I need that kind of strength I can find it with my family and I can find it somewhere in myself. I'll come back to visit for many other reason, but I won't forget what I learned this time.
– Matt. Tucson, AZ

Absolutely inspiring! Makes me want to follow in your footsteps. The birding from the patio was excellent, the skunks at the door, most entertaining. Thanks so much.
– Susie. Phoenix, AZ

The peace which passes understanding can be found here without the need for seeking and the result of that peace is found in the love and caring of the people who care for this part of the earth. Namaste.
– Avery & Barbara. Riverside, CA

Armed with a mid-western image of blazing heat and windblown sand, imagine our delight when we arrived at this cool, green retreat, even the rocks are green! Being coddled by this beautiful house and your ultimate comfort food while spending our days tapping into our ancient, natural instincts to hike to the next horizon made for a combination of sensations that we will always reflect on when our normal lives feel dull or oppressive. Rest assured that from now on, when anyone mentions a need to get away and find the perfect vacation, we will besiege them with pictures and stories of this place. And their own mental image of the Arizona desert will change from dust and tumbleweed to breezes, showers, birds, and of course - yurts. Thanks - and see you next time!
– Joe, Anne, Emilie. St. Louis, MO. Ray & Judy. Lexington, KY

The beauty of the hummingbirds and clouds rolling over the mountains - images that will stay with me! And sumptuous foods!
– Karen. Maryland

We loved it! Thank you for your kindness and all the food!! This place is full of surprises and we hate to leave because we don't want to miss anything! We'll be back to journey, magic and unlock more "secret doors". Fondly,
– Terry & Brad. Laytonsville, Maryland

Thank you so for your hospitality, and the peace and quiet of this place. We're from the city but not of the city, and places like this are so precious to our family. Thanks.
– Brad, Janet, Marga & Glenn. Phoenix, AZ

Enjoyed the stay - I will never believe the story about the 3 little pigs again! The pig with the straw house had the best of all worlds.
– Eloise. Anchorage, Alaska

We've had a delightful stay - so glad we were finally able to make it. The birds, deer and canyon were great however best of all was seeing and learning about how you constructed the place for maximum thermal efficiency and energy conservation. We are leaving with all sorts of good ideas. Great to meet you… Thanks for the great B&B and good food.
– Richard & Roberta, Alamogordo, New Mexico

You're an inspiration to sustainable-living advocates everywhere. Well done! Your B&B is an oasis.
- Dave. Wenatchee, Washington
Such a pleasure to meet you and your husband. Terry and I enjoyed each moment we spent on your land. Knowledge, wisdom, and your vision of how we can live in harmony with nature is so inspiring. Keep up the good work. Love,
– Randee & Terry. Gila, New Mexico

Thank you for re-kindling our interest in sustainable living and providing such a peaceful retreat.
– Lynn & Diego. Phoenix, AZ
